Going to Donna’s Beauty salon is more than getting my hair done with my stylist Dorcia, it’s an experience. Whether it is a shampoo, relaxer, a trim or just a curl, the attention to detail is a cut above the rest. When I sit in Dorcia’s chair she makes me feel as if I am her only client for the day, even when I am not. She also creates space for me when I get busy and fail to make an appointment. I believe this is so because she knows the day and times that work for me. That’s how much she knows her clients.
I rest easy when I am in her care knowing that when that cape is removed at the end of a service, the transformation is nothing less than phenomenal.
Donna is not only doing hair she is caring and patient. She goes out of her way to make her clients comfortable. She did my hair for over 10 to 15 years she is the same as always she is not about money but all about her client needs. She is always ready to do her best.
